Civil Rights Discrimination/EEOC Compliance

Our attorneys have extensive experience in civil rights litigation. Our firm is one of the few firms nationally to successfully defend, through trial, a sexual harassment class action wherein the EEOC failed to prevail on behalf of any of the class members on any issue. Our attorneys have found working with clients from early on in the process to fully assess the situation and implement preventive measures, leads to the best results.

Our attorneys regularly advise clients on compliance obligations and requirements under a variety of statutes and regulations, including but not limited to: Title VII and civil rights; the American with Disabilities Act (including Title I, employment; Title II, state and local government; and Title III public accommodations); the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); and the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA).

Whether it be the formation of an appropriate personnel policy manual addressing civil rights issues, EEOC actions, or litigation, we are able to provide a one-stop shop for all our clients' employment needs
