| Complex litigation and multi-district litigation is a unique and complicated area in which our firm has extensive experience in both state and federal courts, and involving such varied areas as consumer credit and sexual harassment. We have been certified as class counsel on behalf of numerous classes of plaintiffs in consumer credit litigation. Additionally, our firm is one of the few firms nationally to successfully defend, through trial, a sexual harassment class action wherein the EEOC failed to prevail on behalf of any of the class members on any issue. We work with clients to create unique strategies to meet their needs and craft appropriate remedies.
