Firm History
| The predecessor to the current firm was founded in 1952. The current firm was created when William S. Spangler, Sr., founding partner of the predecessor firm, and Steven A. Johnson, a partner therein, left to form the firm of Spangler & Johnson in 1989. The firm moved to larger quarters in 1995 and thereafter evolved into the firm of Johnson, Rappa & Ivancevich, LLC. |
